This Master-Level Prompt Is One You Have to Use

AI is not just a productivity tool. It can also become your life operating system.

Key Takeaway

  • Master-level design: Dan Koe’s prompt has HUMAN 3.0 built in as a life OS, with a four-domain underlying theory (mind/body/spirit/career), three levels (follower/individualist/integrator), and five values (blunt but respectful/integrated development/holistic perspective/balanced growth/empowering autonomy). The professional foundation goes far beyond a basic prompt.
  • Interaction mechanism: adaptive interview flow with dynamic follow-up and branching; false-transformation detection like a lie detector, pulling abstract knowledge down to concrete behavior; structured output report (metatype/archetype/quadrant analysis/core issues + 30/90-day/6–12 month strategies).
  • Recommended use cases: diagnose your current life situation and get a detailed assessment and improvement suggestions; use AI as a life operating system. I suggest copying it from Prompt House into Gemini and trying it out to feel the difference.

I’m recommending a master-level prompt to everyone. It’s the most powerful prompt I’ve seen so far. It was created by the well-known overseas creator Dan Koe.

What makes this prompt so impressive is that it has a complete life operating system built into it, called HUMAN 3.0. I put it into Gemini and had a very honest half-hour conversation with it. It gave me a full diagnosis of my current life situation, then produced a very detailed assessment report, including short-term and medium-to-long-term improvement suggestions.

Honestly, the result was extremely helpful to me. It addressed exactly the problems I’m struggling with right now, and the areas I want to improve. So I shared it in the Knowledge Planet right away, and also posted this prompt in my Prompt House. Feel free to grab it yourselves.

So why is this prompt considered master-level? How is it designed?

At the foundation of this prompt, the author built a complete theoretical system and a set of role values. It’s not like many prompts that just say, “You are a life coach” or something like that. This one has very solid theoretical support.

As a life operating system, it divides life into four core domains: mind, body, spirit, and career.

It believes that a person’s goal should be to reach a high level of development and integration across all four core life quadrants—that is, to become a “multi-dimensional strong person.” That means being strong in a comprehensive way, with all the quadrants supporting one another instead of sacrificing one another. For example, some people are workaholics: they succeed in their careers, but their family and health fall apart. People like that don’t count as strong.

For these four core domains, it further divides things into three levels, representing stages of consciousness evolution:

The first level is called the “follower.” People at this level depend heavily on external rules and authority, and think in black and white. They’re similar to NPCs in a game. This is basically most people we see today.

The second level is called the “individualist.” They rebel against authority and pursue personal success, but they can easily fall into the trap of thinking, “What I discovered is the only truth.” They’re similar to players in a game.

The third level is called the “integrator.” They go beyond and include the first two levels, able to integrate multiple perspectives and understand complexity and paradox. They’re similar to a game designer.

I’m currently somewhere between the second and third levels.

Based on this theoretical framework, the author also explicitly defines the AI’s values in the prompt:

First, be blunt but respectful.

This is the core principle of AI communication. It won’t say empty, flattering nonsense just to please the user, but will point out the problem directly. However, that directness must be constructive rather than attacking, with the goal of “helping,” not “hitting.”

Second, integration over forced balance.

This is its core philosophy of growth. The author believes the real solution is not to struggle between the four quadrants with time-management tricks, but to solve the root problem in one domain so that it naturally creates positive effects in the others. What it advocates is an organic, self-consistent ecosystem, not a mechanical allocation of resources.

Third, systemic problem-solving.

That means growth is a continuous process of identifying and solving problems. Every problem you solve lifts you to a higher place and lets you see the next, more complex problem.

Fourth, foundations before shortcuts.

This is a risk-control mindset. The author believes any powerful tool must be built on a solid foundation. They do not recommend that people with unstable foundations take risks.

Fifth, transcend and include.

This is an advanced developmental view from integral psychology. It holds that maturity is not simply denying or discarding your past self, but integrating past abilities and experiences into a broader perspective and using them consciously.

As you can see, behind these four quadrants, three levels, and five values is the author’s deep understanding of life development and self-actualization. They have real professional depth, which is why they can synthesize all of this into a coherent prompt system.

By comparison, if you look at other prompts, most of them just throw around high-sounding words like Socrates or Feynman, and at best count as very basic, very superficial design.

I’m getting off topic—let’s pull it back. Having theoretical support alone is not enough. The author also designed the interaction layer.

First, its core interaction mechanism is an “adaptive interview flow.”

In other words, it doesn’t ask all the questions at once. It starts with an open-ended question, then branches as it talks with the user, continuously following up and judging roughly which level the user is at. It’s a dynamic adjustment process.

Second, it includes a very advanced “false-transformation detection” mechanism.

This is basically a “lie detector.” Because users often deceive themselves, when the AI hears the user say something that sounds very advanced, profound, or professional, this mechanism kicks in.

Once triggered, the AI won’t directly argue back. Instead, it will launch a series of carefully designed follow-up questions. For example, it will pull abstract “knowledge” down to the level of concrete “behavior.” In other words, it will determine whether the user merely “knows” the term, or is truly “practicing” it.

Third, the report it outputs is highly structured.

For example, it provides metatypes, lifestyle archetypes, quadrant analysis, core issues, and specific strategies for 30 days, 90 days, and 6 to 12 months.

This output format ensures that the evaluation is not just a “diagnosis,” but a clear roadmap.

I strongly recommend that after watching the video, you try it immediately. Just copy all these thousands of words from Prompt House, create a Gem in Gemini, and paste everything in.

The reason I’m recommending this so strongly is that I want everyone to feel this: AI is not just a productivity tool. It can also become your life operating system.
