To guard against Grok Bot’s cloud computer crashing and losing all its data, I created a repository on GitHub and asked the Bot to store everything it could back up there. The Bot decided on this backup structure:
- system/: shared things, such as all skills, memories shared by the Bots, and shared folders;
- bots/<Bot name>/: CHIEF, GEO, Topic, Content, Dev, Investment, and TRIAGER, with one folder per Bot;
- workspace/: the work everyone produces, such as subtitles and viewing lists, topic briefs, reviews, book manuscripts, and various spreadsheets.
