OpenAI’s product line has become even more confusing:
ChatGPT on the web, ChatGPT on mobile, and Codex on desktop.
The web version of ChatGPT includes the cloud version of Codex.
The mobile version of ChatGPT can remotely connect to the desktop version of Codex.
The newly launched Dot is available on all three platforms, has its own cloud computer, and can also connect to a local computer.
How are we supposed to make sense of this whole pile?!
Things are still clearer over at xAI: Grok and Grok Bot. Both the web and mobile versions of Grok have an entry point for Grok Bot.
