Two things are worth doing, but I didn’t do them, or didn’t do them well enough.
First, organizing high-quality data for vertical fields. I didn’t touch it at all. In fact, based on my experience, with AI plus my past work, it should be very easy to do.
Second, using existing tools to design AI-native workflows for traditional human workflows. My thinking doesn’t seem AI-native enough. For example, newtype OS is still using the role design of a human editorial department— is that really good? I need to have a good talk with Codex about this and see if there’s a better solution.
