I’m getting ready to make newtype CLI truly CLI-native so that any Agent can call it.

newtype itself is already a multi-Agent orchestration system specialized in content production. So if another Agent calls it, it’s like hiring an outsourced team.

The work isn’t much. On top of the existing foundation, I just need to add a layer of non-interactive command parsing. It would look something like this:

Research: researcher + fact-checker collaboration

newtype research –topic “2026 AI Agent trends” –depth deep -o research.md

Writing: writer generates content based on materials

newtype write –input research.md –style newsletter -o draft.md

Editing: editor polishes it

newtype edit –input draft.md –tone professional -o final.md

Like FireCrawl, I’ll also roll out a Skill at the same time to teach Agents how to call it.
