I’ve decided that from now on, I’ll ask Gemini about humanities and Grok about science.
Over the past two days, while configuring OpenCode and oh-my-opencode, I asked both the same questions, and Grok clearly came out ahead. Gemini sometimes gets lazy and doesn’t search, instead answering from its own existing knowledge.
But for everyday logic and content-related topics, Gemini’s answers are significantly better. And it also has the boost of the whole Google ecosystem.
So after splitting humanities and sciences, both sides now have clear roles, and the value of both subscriptions is maximized.
