VS Code is not suitable for running OpenCode. Its rendering mechanism conflicts with the Go-based TUI. Without GPU acceleration, the display has problems, such as misaligned edge lines. With GPU acceleration, it becomes extremely sluggish. I had no choice but to switch to another tool. I switched to Warp.
But the problem with Warp is that its sidebar file tree view does not strictly monitor the file system in real time; instead, it scans and refreshes periodically. This means that after creating, deleting, or modifying files, it takes several seconds to more than ten seconds to update. On top of that, Chinese filenames cannot be displayed, and document editing is fairly rudimentary, so I can only treat it as an enhanced terminal.
So now I put the two side by side: VS Code on the left, for display and editing; Warp on the right, for running OpenCode.
